How personalized is the book?
Not at all. Because they are PERSONAL.
We don’t take your kids’ name and insert it into blanks in the story. Instead, we take their artwork and create a book with their work at the core of the story. Therefore, we confidently write their names on the book - no one else’s. Once you upload the pictures of your kid’s drawings on our website, our editorial staff reviews every single one of them and creates a caption that will blend the picture into the story. It can’t get any more personal than this!
Can I add a photo of my child?
Yes, you can. However, we highly recommend adding the pictures of your child’s drawings. Imagine this: 20 years from now, you will have millions of photos of your child saved up somewhere in the cloud, but you won’t know how she drew a bunny or how he imaged a monster. With Piccuzoo you will be able to reflect on your child’s perspective and imagination, not just their appearance. You’ll preserve their magical mind from a moment in time and be able to share it with generations to come.
How many pictures can I add?
Each Piccuzoo book is created with 10 different pictures of your kids’ drawings.
Can i see a preview of my book?
No. We understand the need to see how it looks but Piccuzoo books are not automated. Our editorial staff reviews each and every picture submission and creates a caption for the image to blend into the story seamlessly. So, hang in there, you will be happy with your product, we promise.
What age group is this book for?
Technically 2-6. Why? Simple. At around 2, kids’ motor skills enables them to hold a crayon and draw. In the following years, their “artwork” gradually grows from simple lines to full compositions. At around 6, they learn how to write and slowly transition into verbally creating a story instead of visually creating one... So, between 2 to 6, drawing becomes their best way to express their feelings and interpret the world around them. That’s when you need a Piccuzoo book to capture and preserve their development.

Uploading a Photo
How do i upload a photo?
Easy. Do you have a smart phone with a working camera? Awesome. Just take a picture of the drawings and you are done. Oh, we have a grumpy platform, it usually behaves well but it has certain principles. Make sure that the orientation of the picture is right and there is only the artwork in the picture. No kitchen table in the background, ok?
Need another way? We can handle that! Do you have a scanner or a scanner app? Great, just scan the image and upload it. It’s that simple. Make sure that it is NOT saved as a PDF. Remember the grumpy platform? Yup, the one with principles, it doesn’t accept PDF.
What photo format do you accept?
Please upload your pictures in JPG, JPEG and PNG formats (No PDF)
What is the maximum photo file size?
Please make sure that each of your images are 10mb or less.
What happens to my photos after they’re uploaded?
They are reviewed by highly skilled editorial staff and captioned with positive, joyful and happy words. They are then placed at the center of the story and together they create your kid’s very own, very personal book.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when your order is received.
How do I know my order is secure?
We are working with an amazing merchant service provider (PayPal) that has industry-standard encryption technology to make sure your credit card information stays protected.
How will I know my order is received?
As soon as you place an order, we will send you a confirmation email with the details of your order.
Do you charge sales tax?
We charge sales tax only in the state of Maryland (MD).
How long does it take to receive my order?
Piccuzoo books are not automated, each and every book is prepared by ‘human” editorial staff. We want to make it perfect for your little artist. Therefore, please allow us 7-10 business days to deliver your book.
Do you offer Expedited Shipping?
Not at this moment but we are working on it.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
As soon as your book is shipped, you will receive an email from our team with your tracking information.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! As soon as your book is shipped, you will receive an email from our team with a tracking information.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We primarily ship via United States Postal Service.
How much Does Shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE to destinations within the Continental US, Alaska and Hawaii.
Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?
At this moment, no we don’t. But we are certainly looking into that option.
Do you offer international shipping?
No international shipping, sorry. But we will make sure that Piccuzoo books travel around the world soon!
Cancellations and Returns
Can I cancel my order?
If you email us (email@example.com) immediately after you place an order, we will do our best to cancel your order and refund your money. However, we can make no guarantees because we like to process orders and get them prepared for shipment as fast as possible.
What if my item is damaged?
Although we try to make our absolute best to deliver a high quality product to you, sometimes things happen in transit. But don’t worry. If your item arrives damaged, all you have to do is email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know, and we will be happy to mail you a new item at no cost.
What if I don’t receive my order?
Then we will be very grumpy that your book didn’t arrive and take action right away. Don’t worry, it’s your kid’s precious book, email us at email@example.com and we will immediately find a way to deliver it to you.
Can I return or exchange my item?
Because Piccuzoo books are 100% personal and customized to each customer, we are unable to accept returns.
What if there is an error in the book?
Then we made a boo-boo and we apologize for that. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and please let us make it right for you.
